SCF Awards Over $103,000

Last Friday, March 31, the Seward Community Foundation (SCF) held a special event at the Gateway Hotel to announce disbursements for its 2023 funding cycle. In total, the SCF awarded $103,527 to 17 area organizations.

Mariners’ Memorial Receives Repairs

The Seward Mariners Memorial Group received a $1,000 mini-grant in May 2022 for funds to repair the aluminum wave wall. The 35-foot aluminum wave wall, installed in October of 2014, sustained damage to the outside
